My stay was absolutely luxurious at no additional charge. The rooms were lovely and cleaned every day with fresh linen, making it a perfect choice for a week's holiday starting on September 21st. The service, from management to house cleaning, was exceptional and always provided with a happy and helpful attitude. The location, within manicured gardens, was serene and beautiful, though a bit far from the holiday village. The dining experience in the evening was top-notch, offering a varied choice of Greek and international dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by our room situation, not being situated at the main pool but having a 'private pool' that was well-maintained and clean, giving us a sense of luxury. The only downside was the pitch-black darkness at night, leading to an unfortunate accident. The hotel is beautifully located by a sandy beach with easy access to the sea, offering colorful and well-maintained surroundings. The rooms, although a bit dated, are spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, including the Customer Relations Manager, made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
